a. Paragraph 3.5.4 sMid state that the reach rods for realigning i systen valveing will be used and not anticipated to be used.

O. Paragraph 3.11.3 s'hould state that a new panel will be used and not assuaaed to be used.

c. The NDHR Figure 1 'should be updated to the B&R Drawing A043, Revision 3 design.
