Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Restart Test Program Enclosed is a copy of the TMI-1 Restart Test Planning Specification (RTPi.)

Revision 1. This revision updates the Specification provided to you by our letter dated May 6, 1981 (LlL 134).

This revision of the Specification incorporates changes in the program as a result of the Steam Generator repairs and updates other information related to acceptance criteria or test completion status.

You should note that the set point for the Saturation Monitor alarm (LM-1 on page 24 of 63) is under review. The final setpoint will be defined by I

our response to NRC letter dated March 4, 1983 concerning Reactor Coolant l Pump trip criteria. We will incorporate the appropriate final setpoint into the TMI-l RTPS in a future revision.
