Non-Routine, Non-Radiological Environmental Report No.

10. Corrective Action _:

Ee are reviewing our ETS chemical limits with the Arkansas Departncnt of Pollution Control and Ecology. It has been determined that there is no basis for many of our ETS chemical discharge' limits and that our water

-sampling and testing program does not verify that we are meeting or are not meeting the conditions of our permits to discharge issued by the

~

Arkansas Department of Pollution Control and Ecology or the EPA.
