On June 17, 1975 we informed Mr. E. Morris lloward, Director, Office of Inspection and Enforcement, Region IV, of an environmental occurrence at Arkansas Nuclear One-Unit 1 involving the increase of ammonia across the plant in excess of Environmental Technical Specification reporting re-quirements.
Attached find our report in accordance with Environmental Technical Spec-ification 5.6.2.
