Operating License DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Nenroutine 10-Day Report TL-01 This letter and the attached enclosure are sut=itted tc you as Ncnroutine 10-Day Report Th-01 pursuant to Three Mile Island Unit 1 Technical Specificatiens (TMI-1 T. S. ) section 6.7.2.a.2. It provides the infer-

=ar icn Iaquired by TMI-l T. S. secticn 6.7 2 for three incidents which occurred at cur Three Mile Island Nuclear Generating Station, Unit 1 (T'C-1), en September 5, 6, and , 197h, that involved the unplanned release of radicactivity frc= the Miscellaneous Waste Evaporater Feed Tank and associated piping.

It should be noted that we infer =ed the Direetcrate of Regulatory Cpera-tions Region 1 Office of the abcVe incidents en September 6 and 9; and at that time we classed the incidents as reportable under secticn 6.7 2.b.2 (30-day report). Subsequent review cf the incidents in question, hcVever, has resulted in our deciding that it veuld have been

=cre appropriate for the additional information to have been submitted as a Nenroutine 10-Day Report in accordance with TMI-l T. S. Section 6.7.2.a.2.
