The identities of the eleven individuals as-to whom subpoenas.are sought are subject to the Protective Order entered by'the Licensing Board on December 6, 1985.

Accordingly, by copy of this letter _only to all parties on the service list, I hereby represent that:

1. The original Application is being filed with Mr. William L. Clements for maintenance-in a confidential.

and protected portion of the docket;

2. The eleven (11) original subpoenas are being sent to Judge Grossman directly;

3. Copies.of the Application and subpoenas are being provided only to Mr. Robert Guild, counsel for Intervenors, and Mr. Stuart Treby, counsel for the NRC Staff.

Please note that for one of the individuals-to be subpoenaed,'the-address has been left blank. We are still.

attempting to determine where he resides,-and will advise Messrs. Guild and-Treby as soon_as_possible.
