Construction on Commonwealth Edison Company's Braidwood nuclear station was suspended on September 12, 1979, following a rate order issued on that date by the Illinois commerce Commission on Commonwealth Edison Company's peti-tion for interim rate relief. That order was affirmed after rehearing on October 12, 1979. At this time, Commonwealth Edison Company is not in a position to determine when con-

. struction will resume. We will advise this Board of any change in the current situation.
