SEQU0YAH UNIT 1 RESTART - SUBMITTALS NEEDED FROM TVA Re:        Sequoyah Nuclear Plant, Unit 1 Enclosed is a list of the submittals the staff needs from TVA to support NRC decisions regarding Unit I heatup and restart. Any slippage in the target dates listed could adversely impact our review schedule. Thshe dates have been agreed to by OSP and your staff.
Our reviews may identify the need for additional irdormation to resolve the technical issues if your submittals are incomplete. We will notify you protoptly of these instances as they arise.
To assist the staff in providing resources for meeting the Unit i restart schedule and for work on TVA plants other than Sequoyah Unit 1, we request that you provide us with the expected dates for Sequoyah Unit I heatup (Mode 4) and restart (Mode 2). In addition, we request that you submit the heatup profile and the starter power ascension program for Unit 1. Please provide this information within 15 days of the receipt of this letter The reporting and/or recordkeeping requirements contained in this letter affect fewer than ten respondents; therefore, OMB clearance is not required under P.L. 96-511.
