1 Enclosed is the testimony of Albert Savage who will be the expert witness for Intervenor Sinclair for Contention #4 on the problem of steem tube degradation.

His credentials are attached to his testimony.

The Board should note that the staff has asked to be given until March 18 to file their testimony on Contention #13 (Precursors--Class 9 Accident).

This contention will be heard even before the steam tube degradation issue, so the time frame for all parties to consider this testimony is actually longer than the time parties will have to consider staff's testimony.
