requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of records

relevant to and/or generated in connection with all information regarding NRC

Inspection Report No. 50-445/84-39 for the Comanche Peak nuclear power plant.

By letter to you dated March 15, 1985, in response to your previous similar

request (F01A-85-60), we informed you that we were placing a document subject
