Mr. Grimsley.'s response denied one record in its entirety and portions ofanotherrecordsubjecttoyour.FreedomofInformationAct(FOIA)
J request for six categories of documents regarding the Comanche Peak.
Report Review Group. This response will address. the record identified -
on the enclosed Appendix D of Mr. Grimsley's response..Mr. Chilk will.
respond concerning the record identified on Appendix C of Mr. Grimsley's j
response.
Acting on your appeal, I have carefully reviewed the record in this case and have determined that the'previously withheld information will 3
continue to be withheld from public disclosure p(ursuant to Exemption (6) of the F0IA (5 U.S.C. 552(b)(6)) and 10 CFR 9.5 a)(6) of the' Commission's regulations. Therefore, your appeal is denied.
Although you state in your November 6,1987, letter that the document was withheld in its entirety, only portions of the document were, in fact, withheld. Those portions. consist of the individual's social security number, date of birth, insurance and retirement infonnation I am unable to identify any legitimate public interest in the release of this information which outweighs the privacy interests of the. individual.
