U.S.
Code, sec. 552, as amended, and'to your agency's implementing instructions and regulations, under provisions of which it is requested that I be provided with copies of the following documents from your agency's files and records:

Correspondence, memorands and other written documents constituting notificatlon to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission by on-site agency representatives and by reprrsentatives of TU Electric Company of the
" unusual event" occurring
