Comments During your' telephone conversation with Lana Cobb on 12/3/86, you clarified that the scope of your request covers documents located in NRC's Public Document Room.

These documents are identified on the enclosed computer printout and Appendix A.

Included on the printout are inspection reports which contain on/off site radiation monitoring summaries and safety violations from 1981 to the present.

The documents are listed in order by type and date issued. Report NUREG-0994, and a renewal license, are also identified on Appendix A.
