As you are aware, the District has been actively pursuing with your staff, Proposed License Amendment No.106. This proposed amendment is the District's integrated schedule for plant modifications entitled the "Living Schedule Plan for Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station". Currently, the proposed amendment under review, is Revision 2 with expected approval by your staf f by mid-summer of 1985.
Because the District is very close to receiving an amendment incorporating the "Living Schedule" plan into the Rancho Seco License, the questions in Enclosure 2 of the generic letter are not applicable to Rancho Seco.
The District has met, since November 1983, four times with your staff with the most recent meeting at Rancho Seco, January 8, 1985. The District believes its Amendment, Plan and Program conforms with the direction of NRC Policy and Planning Guidance for 1985 which states:
          "An integrated implementation schedule for new and existing requirements reflecting relative priorities should be established for each power reactor licensee."
