: a. HEPA  Filter .for the ECCS Area Ventilation System (Verification Item 8)
: b. Area Radiation Monitor GM-26-22 (Verification Item 5)
: c. Tornado Missile Shield Door RA-109 (Verification Item 6)
Copies were transmitted/distributed to members of the Review Committee for review of packages for completeness,      Items 8 and 5 via Federal Express on October 4, and Item 6 by hand on October 6.
Committee approval to release these existing designs for ETF comparison is anticipated by October 13.
: 2. A  request for additional existing design documents for the Hydrogen Recombiner (Item 4) was made on October 4. A portion has been transmitted from the Project Team to the ETF and the balance is being assembled for transmittal.

: 1. Portions of the existing design package for the Safety Injection Tank Isolation Valve (C-E Verification Item 2) have been received from the C-E Project Team.
Comparison of the independent and existing designs has begun using a standard comparison form. Design comparison, planned for October 18 completion, is dependent on receipt of the balance of existing design information from the Ebasco Project Team by October 14.
