All remaining open unresolved item (discrepancy) reports from the independent design review (Phase I)>> field installation verification (Phase II), and start-up operation verification (Phase III) were addressed by the EVPRC.
As in previous
- meetings, the resolutions were documented on the individual reports (UIR for Ebasco and EVP-U for C-E).
B.
In'ummary, a total of 56, UIRs and 28 EVP-U reports were prepared by the Task Force during the engineering verification program.
Seven UIRs and one EVP-U were classified by the EVPRC as observations and transmitted to the Project Team for action.
The remaining 49 UIRs and 27 EVP-U reports were resolved and recorded as closed out.
C.
A discussion of the Final Report draft was held, including a determination of how it would be submitted to the NRC.
(A draft package was delivered to NRC December 17)
D.
The Task Force is essentially disbanded as of December 17, 1982 to assume other assignments in the respective organizations.
- However, the Task Force Managers will remain until the Final Report is issued and will be on call to respond as required.
