(Note Partial receipt later on Oct 21).
Status of additional workscope/C-E and Ebasco Task Force interface:
- 1) ETF is determining actual extent of I 6 C, electrical,i civil, and stress analysis interface inputs it will provide due to expansion of the component boundaries.
- 2) The elementary wiring diagram generated by the C-E Task Force for Item 2 has been transmitted to the ETF (hand-deliv'ered by Mr Miller at the meeting).

REVIEM COMMITTEE ACTION a.
Review Committee action will be required, per EVP procedures,
+or resolution of any differences resulting from comparison of independent and existing designs for a specific item which cannot be resolved by the Task Force.
b.
The possibility of addressing all such unresolved'tems at a single Review Committee meeting was discussed.
No decision was'ade since design comparison activities have not been completed for any of the eight items, and there is no way to estimate the number of differences which may require Review Committee action to resolve.
B.
I'IELD INSTALLATIONVERIFICATION PHASE 1.
Schedule for the on-site verification work was discussed.
2.
The earliest possible time period for this work also taking into account scheduled testing activities by others at the Site appears to be November 8-20. Every effort will be made to complete the on-going independent design review phase of the program accordingly.
3.
Electrical and I&C field installation verification activities with respect to the two C-E items will be handled by the ETF as part of the C-E/Ebasco interface.
