St. Lucie Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-335 and 50-389 L-99-1 68 Page 2 EPIP-02 Revision 2, EPIP-03 Revision 6, and EPIP-04 Revision 4 were revised to remove the reference to the rotating maintenance shift supervisor. EPIP-11 Revision 1 added a caution statement to ensure proper use of the core damage assessment program and make it Y2K ready. EPIP-12 Revision 4 changed the responsibility for Emergency Planning (EP) from the Training Manager to the Protection Services Manager and addressed changes prompted by use of Personnel Qualification Database (PQD) as the official training database. EPIP-13 Revision 3 changed the responsibility for Emergency Planning (EP) from the Training Manager to the Protection Services Manager, improved definition for drill, corrected evaluated exercise frequency from annual to biennial, corrected recovery plan review frequency, corrected review of annual training, corrected procedure number and title of upgraded Emergency Plan (E-Plan)

Chemistry procedures, corrected exercise critique review from Training Manager to Facility Review Group (FRG) per E-Plan, and made editorial and administrative changes. COP-06.06 Revision 1 added limit in Step 3.1 to be more specific on high radiation samples and changed statement in 3.1 by removing "rates" so information says "dose to personnel will not exceed NRC limits." COP-06.11 Revision 0 was previously issued as C-111. This procedure provides instruction for the Operational Support Center (OSC) Chemistry Supervisor to establish remote laboratories at the location(s) specified by the Technical Support Center (TSC) Chemistry Supervisor. HP-90 Revision 35 referenced to delete C-111 and add COP-06.11, revised text and checklists to delete C-111 and add COP-06.11, updated EP Supervisor information, and made editorial changes.
