In accordance with the provisions of the FOIA, I
request copies of Power Plant Examination Results Summary Sheets for plants and examinations as indicated on the attached list.
On the attached list I have indicated the plants for which I request the information.
For each plant I have indicated the date when it received its Operating License and the dates of examinations known to me from FOIA-84-846.
I request copies of all Power Plant Examination Results Summary Sheets for RO and SRO examinations given before the issuance of the OL for each of the listed plants.
I agree to pay the cost of fulfilling this request, up to
$1,000. If a higher cost is projected, please call me at 883-3703.
