Dear Mr. Giambusso:
Attached are three signed originals and 19 conformed copies of Amendment 44 to the Operating License Apolication for Three Mile Island Nuclear Station Unit 1.
This Amendment transmits (1) revised Appendix SE Report on Structural Integrity Testing of Reactor Containment Structures, (2) revised Section 12 Conduct of Operations (3) Revised Section 12A Radiation Emergency Plan and (4) information which serves to update the FSAR. All of this material has been incorporated into the text and is forwarded in the form of change pages dated November 15, 1973.
There are also enclosed one copy and 20 conformed copies of the Certificate of Service of Amendment 44 on the chief executives of the township and county in which the facility is located.
