The purpose of this letter is to forward requested changes to the final draft version of the SNUPPS Technical Specifications. These changes are to be considered in addition to those forwarded in the referenced letter.

Attachment 4 - Callaway's Turbine Overspeed Protection Reliability Program Please note that the information provided in Attachment 3 is proprietary to Westinghouse. As this submittal contains information proprietary to Westinghouse Electric Corporation, it is supported by an affidavit signed by Westinghouse, the owners of the information. The affidavit sets forth the basis on which the information may be withheld from public disclosure by the Commission and addresses with specificity the considerations listed in paragraph (b) (4) of Section 2.790 of the Commission's regula-tions.

Accordingly, it is respectfully requested that the information which is proprietary to Westinghouse be -withheld from public disclosure in accord-ance with 10CFR Section 2.790 of the Commission's regulations. Co rre-spondence with respect to either the proprietary aspects of this application
