Event Reports The purpose of this letter is to resubmit the Licensee Event Reports I
originally transmitted by the references.
On April 16, 1990 it was identified that the four referenced Licensee Event Reports (LERs) were inadvertently submitted without completion of the report date section (NRC j
form 366. Item 7).
These LERs have been revised and tre being submitted to replace the originals.
The report dates of the LERs being resubmitted i
correspond to the dates that the LERs were originally submitted.
