This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated July 14,1999, transmitting the scenario for your upcoming biennial exercise. Based on our review, we determined that the exercise scenario is sufficient to meet emergency plan requirements and exercise objectives. Minor questions were resolved during telephone discussions on August 11 and 16 with Messrs. Mike Evans, Dale Lewis, and Albert Daume of your staff.
