1. . Finalized list of SPDS parameters as well as a February 28,~ 1985 discussion of the rationale for any deletions and/

or additions to the parameter set proposed in Table.7-1 of the SPDS Safety Analysis.

2.. Commitment to provide a highly reliabic power February 28, 1985 supply system for the SPDS and a description of

-the power supply system in terms of its impact on total SPDS reliability (flow charts or diagrams may be helpful).

3. Summary of the reliability report being prepared February 28, 1985 by SAIC; this summary should describe both methodology and results.

4. Certification report being prepared by CPI that February 28, 1985 discusses the acceptance criteria, testing procedures used to certify proper isolation, and

.the results of that testing.

5. Large format color photographs or reproductions February 28, 1985 and all PMIS display pages that are defined as SPDS displays and all unique display / control hardware interfaces.

6. A written description for SPDF displays that are February 28, 1985 not'self-evident.

7. The results of the "1.000-hot.r test" af ter- SPDS November 15, 1985 implementation for confirmatary review.

8. Documentation providing evidt.nce that the November. 15, 1985 information displayed on the Cooper SPDS is-readily perceived and does not mislead the operator (s) (e.g. , results of man-in-the-loop

' testing, data from BWROG prototype experiments, operational experience with similar systems such as the SAIC design at Fermi, etc.).
