Nebraska Public Power District is submitting, in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR Part 50.54(p) a Report of Change - Revision 25 for the Cooper Nuclear Station Safeguards Plan.
1 A description of the " Table of Changes" ls attached for inclusion to the plan.- These changes reflect improvements to the main vehicle gate, restrictions on warehouse searches, and distribution changes for the annual Security audit.
The District has concluded that the enclosed change does not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan.
The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR Part 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited. Therefore, we request the material to be withheld from public disclosure.
