changes to the Cooper Nuclear Station Erpergency Plan Implementing Procedure, EPIP 5.7.1, Emergency Classification, Revision 23 C2, under the provisions of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix E,  !

Section V. j i We did not identify any violations of 10 CFR 50.54(q) during our review. Implementation of these changes will be subject to inspection to confirm that they have not decreased the effectiveness of your emergency plan.
