Contrary to the above, after' installation.of the'B train instrument air

t Corrective Steps Which Will be Taken to Avoid Further Violations  !

j Plant Services Procedure'1.6, " Warehouse Marking and Tagging," will be revised to delete the requirement of placing the HOLD Tag with the Work Item file. Instead, the NCR, which must be initiated prior to removal of a J HOLD Tag materials from the Warehouse, will be the tracking and documentation mechanism.

In addition, a copy of this' violation response and the noted procedure changes willLbe routed to the appropriate maintenance and engineering

- personnel.
