COMMITTED DATE l COMMITMENT OR OUTAGE i CNS will develop guidance on how to satisfy LSFT requirements for different circuit configurations and functions (e.g., inhibit, permissive, bypass, manual, October 7, ;999 etc.), capture in a controlled document, and incorporate into the modification and procedure chance processes.

CNS will identify any open items generated during the LSFT and STVP review that were closed to "no further action required" on the basis that they did not support a September 1, 1999 Technical Specification function and confirm these conclusions are still valid under Improved Technical Specifications.

CNS will identify ECCS logic circuits that contain bypass and override control switches in parallel with automatic October 7, 1999 functions and confirrn LSFT requirements are acceptably met.

CNS will perform a review of Surveillance Procedures to confirm they acceptably demonstrate LSFT surveillance requirements, based on the detailed definition of LSFT October 7, 1999 j requirements, for a selected set of Technical Specification functions.

CNS will revise surveillance procedure 6.RHR.301 prior t February 28, 2000 next usage to include steps to confirm the override contacts of keylocked switches 10A-S18A cnd B are open.
