This report includes the Owner's Report for Ireervice Inspections and the Owner's Report for Repairs or Replacements.

Also included in this report is an analytical evaluation for Reactor Pressure Vessel (RPV) shell weld indications, and augmented examination results of the RPV including internal Core Spray piping examinations performed in accordance with the Boiling Water Reactor Vessel Internals Project Guidelines, BWRVIP-18.
