ASME Section XI,1992 Edition,1992 Addenda, Subsection IWE In accordance with the provisions of 10CFR50.55a and References 1 and 2, The Nebraska Public Power District (District) hereby submits the Inservice Inspection Summary Report for the Fall 1998 Refueling Outage at Cooper Nuclear Station. This report includes the Owner's Report for Ireervice Inspections and the Owner's Report for Repairs or Replacements.
Also included in this report is an analytical evaluation for Reactor Pressure Vessel (RPV) shell weld indications, and augmented examination results of the RPV including internal Core Spray piping examinations performed in accordance with the Boiling Water Reactor Vessel Internals Project Guidelines, BWRVIP-18.
