This will acknowledge receipt of your letter of March 31, 1988 and wi a transfer of funds in the amount of $50,000 in payment of the civil penalty issued by our letter and Notice of Violation and Proposed Imp,.eition of Civil Penalty dated March 9, 1988.

We have reviewed your response that denied three violations contained in the enforcement action, and have determined that the violations occurred as stated. Our coments to your response are contained in the attachment.

Your response failed to adequately address how you will prevent a recurrence of violations D, F, and H. Please provide the supplemental information within 30 day; from the date of this letter.

The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21. Therefore, the material, with the exception of the cover page, will not be placed in the Public Document Room.
