In accordance with 10CFR50.30(c) and Reference 2, the following Operating License submittals for this Project are enclosed:

o Fifteen (15) copies of the general information required by 10CFR50.33 including a document entitled "Information for Antitrust Review of Operating License Application" requested by NRC Regulatory Guide 9.3;

o Forty (40) copies of the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) including the Emergency Preparedness Plan required by 10CFR50.34 and 50.34a; l
