You have recently billed'the Supply System the amounts of $90,380 and $135,950

.for WNP-1 and WNP-3 review costs, respectively, for the period June 23, 1985 through June 21, 1986. As indicated to you in previous correspondence, the Supply System is a Municipal Corporation of the State of Washington. We have certain requirements pertaining to documentation and verification of expendi-tures of public funds. The ' Supply System is separately transmitting the payments of .$90,380 for WNP-1 and $135,950 for WNP-3. We do request that you transmit copies of 'the supporting documentation which provides the' basis for the bills.
