authority. Herewith we then formally request NRC approval of our use of ASME Code Case N-430, approved by ASME on February 28, 1986. This Code Case is an i
incorporation of modified visual weld acceptance criteria for NF structures.
We understand that the NRC has given unconditional approval to many utilities for the use of this code case.
