By reference a), we requested that NRC respond to our reference b) letter.
Reference b) had pointed out what we considered to be an error in billing for WNP-3 and asked several questions regarding the details of the billings for both WNP-1 and WNP-3.
NRC indicated in references c) and d) that it was their hope and prciected goal to respond by April 30, 1987.
We have not yet received a response to our questions on the fee billings.
In telephone discussions with members of your staff, we have recently been told that a response cannot be committed to because the NRC still lacks the necessary resources, and that a response to our letter lacks suf ficient priority.
Please advise us what we can do to assist you in responding to our billing questions.
