Schwencer, dated March 3, 1982, and in accordance with 10 CFR 2.110(a), MP&L's response to your review comments and the resultant revised Physical Security Plan for the protection of the Grand Gulf Nuclear Station Units 1 and 2. Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(d)(1) and 10 CFR 9.5, this information should be considered confidential and withheld from public disclosure.

Five (5) copies of the response, S-468, and 5 copies of the plan, S-464, (Rev. 2, April 1982) are enclosed in a separate package so marked safeguards. Please destroy or return the five copies of the Grand Gulf Security Plan replaced by this submittal and currently in your possession.
