During a telephone conversation between Mr. R. L. Shaddix, GGNS Radwaste Supervisor, and Mr. J. Y. Lee of the Effluent Treatment Systems Branch on Decceber 8, 1981, it was decided that a revised Process Control Program description would be submitted.
