Licensee's response dated December 22, 1979 to NRC Question 6 dated September 20, 1979 referenced a testing program conducted by the Civil Engineering Laboratories of the University of Missouri and an " Attach-ment 6-1" and " Figure 6-1". -1 and Figure 6-1 were inadver-tently not supplied with that response. Since the intended attachment and figure were excerpts from the University of Missouri test report and the test report as a whole has been requested by your staff, the subject report is provided herewith.
