Enclosed are three signed and 40 confirmed copies of changed pages for Revision 4 to our Report on Design Modifications for the Trojan Control Building (PGE-1020), prepared by Bechtel Power Corporation. Also enclosed are instructions for insertion of the new and revised pages into the binder provided with my letter of January 17, 1979.

Revision 4 to PGE-1020 provides clarification in several areas plus des-cription and evaluation of construction sequence, and thus constitutes an amendment to our request dated January 17, 1979 for any necessary license amendment, as contemplated by Paragraph (3) of the NRC's May 26, 1978 Order for Modification of License.
