ATTACHMENT TO AECM-79/144 SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION A. NRC ltem 416/79-21-01 "LPCS Clobe Valve F012 Incorrectly Installed" Bechtel Project Engineering evaluated the installation of valves QAE12-F011A, Q1E12-F011B, Q1E21-F012 in the " normal valve position" (packing gland on downstream side of valve disc) and determined that the installation will not affect system safety function or operability. t For most LOCA operation any postulated valve stem leakage would be into the Auxiliary Building, which is served by the Standby Gas Treatment System (SGTS). The SGTS collects and processes post LOCA containment leakage to ensure 10 CFR, Part 100 dose limits are met.
