Motquin, Authorized Nuclear Inservice Inspector The inspector also contacted and interviewed other licensee and contractor employee * Denotes those present at the exit intervie . Licensee Action on Previous Inspection Findings (Closed) Violation (266/84-01-01): Failure to establish adequate hydrostatic test program. The inspector reviewed the reply to the inspection report, dated May 2, 198 The licensee modified routine hydrostatic and pressure test procedures to eliminate references to a specific test gauge brand and established a controlling procedure (System and Component Hydrostatic / Pneumatic /

Inservice testing, 0I-65) with a form (Hydrostatic / Pneumatic / Inservice Test Data Sheet) for documenting required information for hydrostatic test gauges. Proper gauge use is assured through a quality coordinator review and approval of the test data sheet information. The Point Beach second 10 year interval " Hydrostatic and Pressure Testing Guidelines" was circulated to the appropriate personnel for review. This item is considered close #
