OUTSTANDING GGNS SUBMITTALS-Definition of Priority Categories Priority- Description 1 Required to resolve immediate plant safety concern.

2- Required to prevent plant shutdown, derating, startup or outage extension; target date based upon latest effective date which would prevent impact.

3 Change to current technical specifications, commitments, requirements, etc., which provides operational benefit consistent with safety; target date (if applicable) is based upon maximizing expected benefit.

4 Change to current technical specifications, commitments, requirements, etc., for which. adequate administrative controls are in effect to address safety concerns, or which is r.eeded for resolution of long term issues;-target date is generally not applicable and overall schedule is based on NRR prioritization-and resource availability.

1.- Target date coincidesLwith annual FSAR update; current fire protection technical specifications will be relocated to FSAR. l

2. Submittal should be made during week of 9/17. Will request NRR approval to centralize the reporting of site vendor QA organizations.

3. -Discussions-appear to be at an impasse. Re-evaluation of positions and i elevation of-issues to a higher level of licensee and NRR managerent may be warranted.
