As required by 10CFR50.54(a)(3), the Entergy Operations, Inc.

Operational Quality Assurance Manual (OQAM), GGNS-TOP-1A, Revision 9, is being  ;

submitted for your evaluation. j To aid you in your review, we have submitted the OQAM in a format to clearly show all changes to the previously accepted version (Revision 8).. The material which has been deleted is shown hy'phenated-through (example); the new material has been shown in light italie (example). This format is used in Attachment "B". Attachment C is the identical Manual with the overstruck material deleted and the light italic material incorporated. This format is the actual record copy of our submittal. A revision bar and the number "9" in the right-hand margin identifies each change.

i Based on a review and evaluation by the Quality Programs Department, the OQAM continues to satisfy the requirements of 10CFR50, Appendix B and the Regulatory Guides and ANSI Standards referenced in Appendix A of the OQAM.

The program described in OQAM, Revision 9 will be implemented upon NRC approval or 60 days after the date of this submittal.
