The conference call started on time. RAI items were reviewed with clarification of some items relative to common industry practice, standard NRC practice, and where, among other licensed nuclear power plants, similar RAI items have been applied.

The call concluded after discussing when a response could be expected. This date will be decided after another discussion, but a response is anticipated near the end of February, 2010.
