SUMMARY

OF THE JULY 11, 2017, OPEN HOUSE TO DISCUSS THE 2016 END-OF-CYCLE PLANT PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT OF MONTICELLO On July 11, 2017, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (CDT), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) held a public outreach/open house to provide the public with information on the 2016 End-of-Cycle plant performance assessment of Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant and with general information on the NRC. The outreach was held at the Monticello Community Center in Monticello, MN.

NRC personnel were available for discussions related to the NRCs assessment of Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant performance, which was documented in the March 1, 2017, End-of-Cycle Assessment letter (ADAMS Accession Number ML17055A731). Throughout the open house, members of the public were given the opportunity to ask questions of NRC officials.
