DPR-22 for Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant (MNGP), Unit 1. NSPM submitted the application pursuant to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 54, Requirements for Renewal of Operating Licenses for Nuclear Power Plants, for subsequent license renewal.

The NRC staff is in the process of reviewing your application. Based on the review, the NRC staff has identified the attached requests for additional information (RAIs). The staff held a clarification call with members of your staff on July 18, 2023. As a result of the July 18, 2023, clarification call, RAI Set 1 was not modified.

The schedule for your response to these RAIs were discussed with Paul Young of your staff, and a mutually agreeable date for the response is within 30 days from the date of this email.
