AMENDMENT NO. 69 TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE N0. DPR-54 RANCHO SECO CYCLE 7 RELOAD The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 59 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-54 for the Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station.

_ This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications (TSs) in response to your application dated December 17, 1984, as supplemented by letters dated March 14, 1985, and April 9, 1985.

This amendment changes the operating limits for cycle 7 operation. A copy of the Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. Notice of Issuance will be included in the Comission's Biweekly Notice.
