As counsel for Omaha Public Power District, we hereby submit three (3) signed originals and nineteen (19) copies of a document entitled " Application for Amendment of Operating License," together- with forty (40) copies of the proposed
-Technical' Specifications. The application seeks to amend several sections of the Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix'A to that License to-incorporate changes to update snubber table listings and surveillance requirements in connection with Nuclear Detector Well Cooling Annulus Exit Air Temperature Detectors.
