As counsel for Omaha Public Power District, we hereby submit three (3) signed originals and nineteen (19) copies of a

" Application for Amendment of Operating License", together with forty (40) copies of the proposed Technical Specifications.
The application seeks to amend Sections
- 2. 2. l (9) and 2.2.l(10) of the Technical J

temperature for conducting secondary side hydrostatic 1
