Dear Mr. Denton:
As counsel for Omaha Public Power District, we hereby submit three (3) signed originals and nineteen (19) copies of a document entitled " Application for Amendment of Operating License,"
together with forty (40) copies of the proposed Technical Speci-fications.
The application seeks to amend Section 5.15 of the Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix A to that License to be amended to establish administrative controls for implementation of a program to ensure that the District can obtain and analyze post-accident samples in accordance with NUREG-0737, Item II.B.3.
Pursuant to 10 C.F.R.
S 170.21, a check for the application fee of $150.00 accompanies this application.
We request that this amendment become effective 30 days after approval by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
A Certificate of Service showing service of these documents on the persons listed thererin is also enclosed.
