Dear Mr. Denton:
As counsel for Omaha Public Power District ("OPPD"), we hereby submit three (3) signed originals and nineteen (19) copies of a document entitled " Application for Amendment of Operating License," together with forty (40) copies of the proposed Technical Specifications (Attachment A) and the Justification, Discussion and No Significant Hazards Considerations (Attachment B).
The application seeks to amend Section 5 of the Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix A to that License to incorporate organizational changes.
Pursuant to 10 C.F.R.
S 170.21, a check for the application fee of $150.00 accompanies this application.
OPPD requests 30 days from the date of receipt of the amendment in order to implement the new specifications.
A certificate showing service of these documents on the persons listed therein is also enclosed.
